Your ink is no where as extensive as much that I see on Chopped today.

How about the can of diced green chilies? That is at least a mild (pun
intended) tip of the hat to Mexican. Your recipe is much more deserving
of the title.

Title: Chicken Stew (3.5 Points Per Serving)
Categories: Crockpot
Yield: 4 servings
1 lb Skinned, boneless chicken
-breasts
1 lb Skinned, boneless chicken
-thighs
2 c Water
1 c Frozen small whole onions
1 c Sliced celery -- (1/2-inch)
1 c Thinly sliced carrots
1 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Rubbed sage
1/2 ts Dried thyme
1/2 ts Pepper
10 oz Can Ro*Tel tomatoes and
-chiles
14 1/4 oz Can fat-free chicken broth
2 c Halved mushrooms
6 oz Can tomato paste
1/4 c Water
3 tb Cornstarch
2 c Frozen green peas
Combine first 15 ingredients in a large electric slow cooker. Cover
with lid, and cook on high-heat setting for 4 hours or until carrot is
tender.
Then combine water and cornstarch in a small bowl, stirring with a
wire whisk until blended. Add cornstarch mixture and peas to slow
cooker; stir well. Cover and cook on high-heat setting an additional
30 minutes.
(serving size: 1 1/2 cups)
Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 178 Calories; 3g Fat (16.5%
calories from fat); 22g Protein; 17g Carbohydrate; 4g Dietary Fiber;
48mg Cholesterol; 512mg Sodium.
