Yes, it does have a picture on the back -- which I think is required for
it to do dual purpose as a credit card and as an entry card. OTOH, I
think that half the time we go to Costco, the entry card never got
looked at in any significant way.

I don't think that either the recipe I posted nor the one you posted
could equate to the creamsicle popsicle. IIRC, the orange was an outer
coating over a vanila inside. That does not distract from either
version possible tasting good.
North of where we used to live, there was a soft freeze ice cream place.
We have taken folks there. They serve vanila, cocolate and a
vanila/orange swirl -- which is always my choice. Their new location
also serves ice cream infused with a large variety of flavor ribbons. I
don't recall which flavor Ruth Haffly ordered, but she did so before I
had a chance to warn her that the little ribbons added very little to
the ice cream, plus some of them had an artificial tone.

Title: Margarita Pie With Pretzel Crust
Categories: Pie, Alcohol, Dessert
Yield: 1 Servings
1 c Corn-oil margarine
2 1/2 c Crushed pretzels
2 tb Sugar
3 qt Vanilla ice cream, slightly
Thawed
6 oz Frozen limeade concentrate,
Thawed
4 oz Gold tequila
1 oz Cointreau (orange) liqueur
2 Whole limes, grated and
Juiced, plus 1 for garnish
Fresh mint (optional)
Melt margarine. Crush pretzels in food processor. Stir crushed
pretzels and sugar into melted margarine. Mix well. Press mixture
firmly into sides and bottoms of pans; freeze 1 hour.
Combine ice cream, limeade, tequila, Cointreau, grated lime peel
and lime juice in a mixer, preferably with a whip attachment. Whip
at medium speed until well-mixed. Filling should be thick. Pile 5
heaping cups of filling into each crust. Freeze at least 4 hours
until firm. Garnish pies with thin slices of lime, lime-peel curls
and fresh mint. - From "Pure & Simple"
Makes two 9-inch pies, about 16 servings
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Freezing time: About 4 hours
Make a low-fat version of this recipe by eliminating the margarine
and sprinkling the pretzel crumbs over the bottom of the pie plate.
Fill the crust with frozen yogurt (any low-fat or nonfat ice cream-
type product may be used).
